In addition to Dani Pedrosa, Stefan Bradl will also make a wildcard appearance in the upcoming MotoGP Spanish Grand Prix for Honda.

As it’s customary, the Jerez circuit hosts a test day following the Grand Prix, making this round an opportune moment for test riders to participate as wildcards.

Stefan Bradl, serving as a test rider for Honda, confirmed to ServusTV his participation on the starting grid for the upcoming MotoGP Spanish Grand Prix.

Expressing his anticipation and excitement, he also acknowledged the challenges ahead, remarking, “I’m really looking forward to it and I’m excited. But it’s also clear that it’s not easy for me to ride with the Hondas behind.”

In the previous season, the German rider competed in six rounds, including two wildcard entries. His most notable performance came in Assen, where he clinched a 13th-place finish. In Jerez, he secured points with a respectable 14th-place result.

Now, Bradl embarks on the mission of furthering the development of the RC213V, which currently lags behind as the least competitive bike in the MotoGP field.

Racing in the Spanish Grand Prix will provide invaluable data and sensations in a real race scenario, aiding in the ongoing testing and development efforts for Honda.
